Upon meeting Pauline Diana Baynes, at a school book signing event I was so inspired by her beautiful Illustrative work from books such as The Chronicles of Narnia and J.R.R Tolkien's Lord of the rings, I've been developing my own drawing ever since and have continued to pursue my own creative career in illustrative art.
My love for illustration developed over my teenage years culminating in my graduation from Central St.Martins University with a BA Hons degree in graphics and illustration. I now live in Guildford, Surrey and work as an illustrator and printmaker, drawing daily inspiration from such subjects as nature, folk art and fairy tales with a focus on vintage style illustration and black and white art.
You can find me ink splattered at the print studio creating monochrome based screen prints or in my small home studio working on pencil, ink and pen illustrative pieces based on everything botanical, with lots of detail and of course repeating patterns.
If you would like to see what I get up to each day, including inspiration and musings head over to my social media such as instagram, Twitter or facebook.
